A pound is 3500 calories, so if you wanted to put on a pound a day then you'd simply eat 3500 extra calories and you'd just eat 3500 less to lose it.
Women need 2000 calories daily- so if you didn't eat that's 2000 less so you just need to exercise to lost the other 1500 calories. (which i'm not saying is impossible it would make you quite tired, unwell etc)
Try making your meals mainly of fruit and vegetables, no dressings, sugar etc.
Get to the gym lots and do the "harder" activities- not just walking on the treadmill, the rowing machine is great or do some running.
Recently people have been saying about the water diet, where if you're hungry drink a glass of water- drink as much water as you can.
Fibre tablets from Holland and Barrett or other health food shops are supposed to fill you up and make you eat less.
Sugar free jelly is very low in calories for large amounts- i think Hartley's sugar free jelly is 10 calories a sachet when it's made up.
walk long distances and eating healthy or you could run .... or you could go to Herbalife its this place where they make protein shake plus a tea and aloe its only 4 dollars but just for one shake and tea and aloe cup but if you order it the whole thing it cost more we have it and it really works
