Its nearly impossible to loose ten pounds in just a week, unless you put forths the effort. Keep a strict diet of foods low fat, cut down on portion size and stop eating snacks, besides fruits and vegetables. Exercise every day, with exercises such as jogging/running, push-ups and crunches, jumping jacks, swimming and other effective exercises you could probably find online. Good luck and keep on it!
well im assuming you want to loose fat if so that is not possiable you can loose about 2 pounds of fat each week by making a 500 cal defect + 500cal exercise defect if you just want to loose weight follow the sacred heart diet but most of the weight you will be loosing wont be fat good luck
My mom lost 30 pounds by running. That's it. Start by walking about 30 minutes, then as you get better, start running. Once you are able to run, do 3 miles every night.
