This depends on how you connect to the internet. Please provide information about:

1) whether you use a router

2) what is the make and model of router if you do use a router

3) which operating system you are using on your computer.

you need to go on router setup page and then you need to click on port forwarding. once you will be there, you need to type there your port number and then ip address of device .

now your port will be open .
