if you mean improve your English language...that's a good question
what i usually tell my friends who struggle with their English (like i do lots of times)...are the following:
1. watch as much English movies and TV shows as you can...
2. learn an English song, at least one or two would be good
3. keep a journal where you write all your thoughts...it's amazing at how evolved will be your use of written English as time goes by
4. find new English-speaking friends online (pen pals are good too) and email regularly
5. travel to English speaking countries if you can or make friends with lots of English speaking people
6. read lots of English books
7. find an excellent English tutor/teacher
good luck!
You should to live in a country where people speak english, maybe six moths is enough.
An understanding of grammar might help.
