Well, mom cooked porridge today because she had an important meeting and had to eat quickly for breakfast. What happened was that she cooked too much for a family. So how can I store the porridge?
If it becomes watery, how to turn it back to porridge? Or should I just put it in the refrigerator ?Also, our family prefers bland porridge, without any flavourings or tastes or soup. Just plain porridge.

you just toss out leftover porridge. no one reheats that stuff. if you dont like bland, try adding some cinnamon and raisens to it. i do!
just chuck some water or milk in pan bring it to simmer add porridge lower heat stir well, when its piping hot add more water if its too thick if its too watery boil off excess moisture
