Well I AM going to tell you not to. Everyone who I have ever talked to who could provide solid evidence of a genuine paranormal experience disliked the experience and wishes it had never happened. Also, I have interviewed scores of people who claimed to live in haunted houses which turned out not to be at all. Just situations that they did not understand or they simply wanted their house to be haunted so attributed obvious things like creaky plumbing, bad wiring, drafts and poorly hung doors to ghosts. Genuine psychics (as opposed to phony, $10 a minute psychics) will tell you not to mess with an ouija board. It is like an open door. You wouldn't leave the front door of your house swinging wide open all night with a note saying "come on in" would you? This is not something to do on a lark. This is not a kid's game - an entertainment because you are bored. How would you like it if someone poked you with a stick through an open window just because they were bored and wanted to stir something up?

I don't really have any suggestions, but I will say this: BE CAREFUL. Your ghosts may not like it very much if you try to disturb them. So just watch what you do.
