Can someone help me ? For example a case of a car accident driver is murder and was guilty, wife injured but had kid of one year in front seat that died instantly?

Facts: who, what, when, where, how, and why if any explanation were given.
Issues: what questions were posed before the court.
Judgment or Holding: what the court decided. Answers to the issues.
Reasoning: the court's explanation of how it arrived at its decision.
Concurring and/or dissenting opinions: what other judges on the same court panel would hold, and how they arrived at it.
Critique: your own and others' opinion on the case and its holding. Look up the case in Shepard's Citator and list major later cases that have explained, overturned, reaffirmed, questioned, or cited this case.
