Just because someone suffers from anorexia nervosa/bulimia doesn't mean their going to be really thin. If you don't eat for a long period of time, your body actually starts to get the nutrition it needs from the body itself. So your body practically eats itself.

She was very skinny at one point. About 25 pounds lighter than she is now, and she's not fat now.
