hypnic jerk experiences :-D?
personally i love them. correct me if im wrong but i think a hypnic jerk is when you are half asleep and you have a short dream where you are falling or about to be hurt and you do a massive flinch that wakes you up. i had one the other night, i dreamt i was falling off the wall and i practically flinched myself out of bed!
i thought it wold be fun for everyone to share their hypnic jerk experiences, you got one you would like to share?

lol mine is always falling down the stairs and before it happens im awake. Kinda scary really, i start looking around to see if im still in bed or on the floor. Wonder why it happens just before people fall asleep and not when we are actually sleeping in a deep sleep. I know people fall of chairs, mountains, cliffs, bridges kinda funny really
It is referred to as restless leg syndrome (RLS). It is caused by a spirit, which is the tingling you are feeling. The twitching your leg is experiencing is called a hypnic jerk, which is resultant from the spirit as well. When you next sense it, hold out an open and relaxed hand in the vicinity of your legs. You will most likely feel the same tingling sensation with your hand, which will be evidence of a spirit.
For the past few weeks ive had very bad insomnia and its really hard for me to sleep and these bloody things are making it worse , i get a strange sensation in my upper body and nearly fall out of bed , lol .
