Actually, the mosquito's brain would be unable to control the functions necessary to sustain life in the human body. The mosquito has no brain center to control respiration for one thing. Mosquitoes simply absorb oxygen through their skin. The chimeric creation wouldn't survive for very long...probably not much longer than if you had simply removed the brain altogether.
