1500 a day x 7 days = 10500 calories burned a week
3000 calories consumed - 10500 calories burned = -7500 calorie deficit
3500 calories = 1 lb
7500/3500 = 2.14 lbs lost per week.
2.14 lbs per week of probably mostly lean tissue since it would be hard to take in that few calories and get enough protein to maintain lean tissue.
So that would be 2.14 lbs of good looking weight (lean muscle) being lost while your body hangs onto the bad looking weight (fat).
Well, weight would be the least of your hypothetical worries. You would be extremely malnourished or dead. I don't think that you would hypothetically worry about weight any more.
If they were not dead after this month, they would gain all that weight back and then some because the body would have slowed down the metabolism in order to help it survive.
well they would gain more weight back after they stop because their metabolism would be completely shot and slowed way down because your body would be preparing for a famine.
3,000 calories a week would make you dead.
yes
