My ex and I divorced in 2001. For the past year he has been able to duck under the radar and not pay child support. The county can not find him nor can private searches I initiate. The county says they can't file a contempt charge without having a valid address for him, which I think is crap. As I was never on public assistance it's like their not willing to do much other than make sure he doesn't have a job that's reported. I've been interviewing attorneys to get their opinion. Any ideas?!?!

Define private searches... If you mean onine searches forget it. Hire a private detective!
