I am having problems with my left arm. I hope you can help me.
It seems that when I do biceps using a 15lbs or heavier dumbbell I feel a clunk that goes all the way from the elbow to my ring finger. This happens during the outward movement, it feels fine during the inward movement.
Have you ever experienced this? I tried different angles but nothing seems to work. I just limit myself to little dumbbells.
It doesn't hurt, it just the clunk which is very annoying and a bit scary...
Please help me! any ideas?

If your right handed then you would likely use your right arm in daily tasks more often than your left arm meaning that your right arm would be more fit. If it isn't a pain it may just be a bone moving or jerking. I'm not exactly sure what you mean by a clunk but if it is a sort of pain or it starts to become one then you may want to get your arm checked out by a doctor. When I started lifting weights I did notice it was harder too lift the same weight with my left arm during some exercises.
Hope this helps
