I feel so embarrassed...........?
Someone was ringing the door of my house and I didn't open because I was in my night suit, and I was looking ugly, and I had just come from school, and then he came again and rang again, but I didn't open anyway. I was alone at home. I was on the computer. Then they came in and opened the door and then I saw that it was the owner of the house, he came with others to fix something in the house, and then I felt so embarrassed and awkward, and I have social anxiety too. I will die of these kinds of embarrassments I get everyday omg. If you were at my place what would you do and how would you feel?
Update:The answers are making me feel worse, but it's the truth, it was an embarrassing day for me, I'm not able to face it

Hun you shouldn't be embarrassed. I'm an a/c and heating tech. and a lot of people are in their pajamas, nightgowns and things like that and we don't think anything of it because your in your own house and want to be comfortable. For not answering, that's no huge deal, you didn't know or remember they were coming so it's fine. Besides I bet your a beautiful woman, so they probably didn't mind being able to meet you.
I would be a bit embarrassed to, probably let out a little scream while I am at it. And chuckle at the whole situation in the end.
