That woman sounds like she is clearly blind, stupid, or just downright malicious.
Unfortunately the accident fault still lands on you as the person turning left and blocking traffic. There is nothing you can do except learn from it - never, ever start a left turn unless your path is completely clear so you can finish it.
If nobody was hurt it isn't as bad as it seems at the moment, and both you and your parents will get over it in time. How your parents handle it, and whether any punishment they may dole out seems fair or not, well, that is just part of being a youth and you just have to bear it, with or without a grin.
good luck.
You have several problems. Do you really expect the city to put up a sign at each drive way saying "Don't go left"? Lack of signage is therefore out.
You faced a clear intersection (and yet a woman "let you go") which has a couple of problems, first no one but an authorized traffic control officer can let you go. Second, if a car was in front of you, it was NOT a cleared intersection, further made a problem by being hit, which again shows the way was not, as you keep saying, clear. So that's out too.
By making a left turn when it was not clear to do so, you caused an accident, and injured your family. Be sure to let your insurance know so they can compensate the others for the damage you caused.
You wrote twice that the intersection was clear, yet there must have been at least two other vehicles in it. The women who "let you go" and the car that prevented you from making a full turn. Nobody would crash into you on purpose. You must have misunderstood the intent of the woman who "let you go" and then crashed into you. It sounds to me like you were confused and that led to you making a mistake that caused the accident. I think you need to slow down and make sure you are following safe driving practices, such as following the rules of right-of-way and making sure there really is no traffic before you make a maneuver.
The character turning left has the obligation to no longer make the flip until and except the best way is apparent. Being hit via yet another car is an exceptional indication that way was no longer clear. You didn't appear unless mid means through your flip through your own admission. You are at fault.
