As odd as it sounds, chocolate can reverse some of the effects of lactose intolerance. I could never drink a glass of regular milk but I could drink chocolate milk. Also, there is probably not enough real milk product in a candy bar to cause a problem.
If you truly are Lactose intolerant you sometimes have to find out what you can and can't tolerate. Milk and ice cream were bad for me. Cheese and yogurt I could tolerate. You can get capsules to take before eating dairy products (Like Lactaid) that will also keep you from getting sick. (I would have terrible diarrhea from milk). I used those pills for many years. Now I just normally avoid those foods and I use soy milk instead of cow's milk.

I would be surprised if a candy bar gave you a stomach ache but you won't really know until you eat it.
