That's absolutely awful! I am so sorry to hear about your son. Was the cause of death determined to be from seroquel or the effects of the seroquel's dosage? Was he using it as prescribed? These are all questions that they will ask you. The problem is that all medications (like seroquel) come with a pamphlet or insert that lists the side effects and unfortunately, death is listed on there as one of them. (I used to take about 400mg a day of seroquel myself). It makes it very difficult to sue a company because of this. You should contact a lawyer though to make sure of this. My condolences..
