In my opinion bad.

they hardly departure on time, FA's are rude and ignore passengers.

Also , Madrid Terminal 4, can be a chaos sometimes, depending on the time of the day.

They're not very good. In fact, I'd say that they are the single worst airline that I've ever flown.

In particular, the level of service from staff on every Iberia flight I've been on has been apalling... the flight attendants are very rude, often don't speak English and don't get any better if you speak to them in Spanish.

That said, I've not flown the NY route and it is possible that they work harder on that one because of the value of the business.

A flight is a flight, until eventually you extremely care approximately what snacks they would be offering. yet i've got been examining, and Iberia airlines does not have stable scores(2 out of 5 stars)

My experience was bad.... My baggage was lost and though it was suppose to come the same night, I got it 6 days later.....

the price are awful !!! .. although the when your on the plane its not too bad, depends what type of plane your on .. i suppose you'll be on a boeing so you'll probably have a nice flight =)
