I don't think men are "sexually ill" any more than women are, although they have different levels of sexual desire.

I don't think enjoying porn has a thing to do with anyone's inability to approach and relate to real women. Declining social skills are more likely related to increased solitude to game, use the internet (including porn), and to lack of practice around other people.

I suspect enjoying porn might make men *better* in bed rather than worse, since lots of porn shows very good technique.

Yes, porn has made some men creepier. Of course some men do not watch it and thus they have not been corrupted. And some men watch a little, and some of their fantasies may be more likely turned into certain acts with women. And for those that cannot separate porn fantasy and the 'entertainment' aspect of video acts, well they can have some serious issues. I have read that there are very few women who direct porn and their movies are different, less crude and in your face, so that does show that men and women (in general) are gonna have some different thoughts here.
