You're giving very mixed clues on this, I will run with a couple of them. One of the most 'broadcast' concerts on radio features an 'audience claps in rhythm' piece; it is usually found at the end of the classical concert broadcast. It is in 4/4, and I think it is in C Major also (that's your final 'C' above). It is called 'The Rakoczy March'.
