If President Obama targets known chemical weapons caches in Syria?
how can he prevent any fallout from successful hits from "accidentally" killing the innocent. Do you believe acceptable losses have been factored into his mission.
It would be foolish for him to do so now. Even though we are watching where they may be moving things around to, that doesn't stop them from protecting them against our strikes. WE also know from the past, they will move civilians into target zones. At this point, it would be useless to carry out a strike of any kind, it won;t accomplish anything.
they probably wont go for chemical weapon stockpiles for that exact reason but if they did they would have to use such great ordinance to destroy them without any fallout

Di. I do believe Obama, the king of Unintended
Circumstances is more then willing to roll the
dice here,
They would have to target the weapons used to deploy the chemical weapons and hope that none are in that area.
There is no way to prevent innocents from being killed so the loss of life is more than likely factored in there somewhere as "acceptable".

His actions will kill way more people than the chemicals killed, this is why they should stay out of it mainly.
Not to mention the fact Russia/ Iran and others will attack us back if we get involved. They will use this as a exuse to attack Israel too.
They wont target the caches unless the can hit them with thermal bombs, yawn this has been discussed
I think generally the blast will incinerate a lot of the danger...
there could always be some issues...

he couldn't, but nothing he does is very well thought out for the long term
