I was looking for the same thing, and someone recommended to me to get the Nikon Coolpix 4600 Digital Camera, at Overstock.com it cost $125, I have looked a alot of reviews on this camera and all are great! So look into it!

I would definitely recommend either the Canon Powershot a95, Canon Powershot a520, or the Canon Powershot a530. These cameras are usually sold @ $150, give or take a few bucks. They have incredibly nice picture quality, a few handy adjustable scene modes (ie beach mode, night mode) and even have the capability to record video.

WWW.AIPTECK.COM "MPVR" (they have a better version but i dont know the name) has a MP3 Player and web cam capability...and is a voice recorder..and u can record stuff of television vhs and dvds onto it to watch and u can have up to 2 gigs of memory! oh and i 4 got the screen is 2.4 inches! bout the same size as a video ipos screen!
