Since you got it pierced last night I wouldn't be too worried about it; what probably caused the bleeding is that you might have slept on it or bumped it without noticing anything.
It happened to me very often during the start, all you have to do is keep cleaning it (I was told to do salt soaks each morning and night, however do what your piercer has told you to do) and it should heal normally.
Keep in mind that industrial piercings take over a year to heal on most people; even if one hole gets bumped it can cause irritation to the other one, which slows down the healing process all the time. Just be careful not to touch it that often or hit it while brushing your hair etc., keep your hair clean and the piercing itself, and avoid sleeping on it as much as possible.
A lot of people heal differently, when i got my industrial all it did was bleed a little afterward and then itch a whole of a hell lot for 3 months. my friend who just got a regular cartiledge piercing was bleeding a lot for a week nad then just slight bleeding afterward.
The industrial takes a good year to fully heal, and even when it does, it's still prone to reopen if it has been pulled on or irritated hard enough. its a very delicate piercing and is one cartiledge piercing that just *demands* your attention.
most likely during the night you slept on or press on the ear during your sleep. Don't worry about it unless it continues for more than a week (or maybe two) if it continues and/or starts to have extreme pussing...get it check out. As for now, wash it 3 times a day daily (with unscented anitbacterial soap like the amber neutrogena hard soaps) and don't keep playing with it becuase then your just irritating it. (I couldn't "play/twirl" mine freely for 4 months and i'm a fast healer).
Also to help it not get infected, take some antibiotics (this is suggested by some piercers and doctors)
a word of caution: when your brushing/styling/drying your hair beware of irritating your piercing!! I've done this and it set back my healing process!
Ive not got an industrial but i know my cartilage piercing bled for the first time two days after the event then oozed blood for another few days, but then it stopped. Contact your piercers and double check every things ok.
