My new eMachines computer won't start-up. When it loads, it brings up an error message that says "The computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed. To install Windows, click "OK" to restart the computer, and then restart the installation. When I restart the computer it brings up the same error message. The only thing I can do is bring up the F2 or F10 menus, but I dont know what do do inside of there. help please!

If you cant access anything then the only thing that you can do is take it back to where you bought it from and explain your problem.

Since it is new, it should still be under warranty, so they should help you fix it. I could give you a long list of troubleshooting techniques, but it would be better to use those after the warranty is over, as you don't want to harm it so they have an excuse not to fix it.
