You can't call a winner considering all the aspects, since it depends on what you are intending to do with your Processor. Because in terms of CPU power and CPU performance,Intel beats AMD very easily. But AMD,with its integrated GPU outperforms the Intel by a huge margin of nearly 50% when it comes to graphics performance. So basically,if you plan to do a lot of gaming,WITHOUT A DISCRETE GPU,then AMD APU is your best buddy. But if you intend to do a large amount of multi-tasking and work on CPU intensive programs,or play games WITH A DISCRETE GPU,then the Intel i3 is the one for you. So in short,go for the AMD if you don't plan to do serious gaming,by adding a GPU to your system, but just do some casual gaming and browsing, and go for the i3 if your intention is not gaming but programs that get the best out of a CPU. Also the i3 would be the wise decision if you're onto serious gaming with a GPU in your system. But don't forget the price too. AMD quad cores are less expensive than the i3s....
