I literally have less than a week to prepare a cello solo for an audition.
Yeah, I know, I "Should not have procrastinated" but that's obvious.
I'm looking for an intermediate cello solo that I could play for an audition for a private orchestra. I need something that's not SUPER advanced, but not too simple. If anyone has any suggestions, I'd be grateful.

Pretty much anything from the first Bach cello suite would be good. But I think you should just play something that you've played before, get it back in your fingers and make it really good in this next week. I think that would be best so that you don't have to learn something completely new, and whoever's judging you can see how you actually play when you've had time to refine the piece. I'd imagine anything would work, it's really just for the judges to see how you play.
the courante or gigue from the first bach cello suite.
