You have to know some formulae,I cant derive them for you but you can google them - "Projectile motion"
Taking u=27m/s ,

g=10m/s^2 (acceleration due to gravity)
a)Time=2usin@/g=2x27sin(30)/10=2.7s (sin30=1/2)
b)max height=u^sin^2@/2g=27x27sin^2(30)/2x10=9.25m
c)Range=u^2sin(2@)/g=27x27sin(60)/10=64.35m

First find the horizontal and vertical components of the velocity vx = vcostheta = 27 cos30 = 23.4 m/s and viy = vsintheta = 27 sin30 = 13.5 m/s
a) To find total time I usually put deltaY = 0 (you start on the ground and end on the ground)
the equation is deltaY = viy t + 1/2 gt^2 so 0 = 13.5 t - 4.9 t^2 solve for t (2.76 s)
For maximum height find deltaY at half the hang time ( t= 2.76/2 = 1.38 s) deltaY = 13.5 (1.38) - 4.9 (1.38^2) = ???
for the range find delta X = vx t for the total hang time = 23.4 x 2.76 = ???
