Is Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100 good enough to run Medal of Honor Pacific Assault?
I'm buying a new computer and it has a Intel Graphics Media Accelerator 3100 with 384mb of shared memory. Is this good enough to run Medal of Honor Pacific Assault decently?

Yes, it suspect it should run ok, since Pacific Assault is a fairly old game now. Though the chances are that you'd be able to upgrade your PC with a new graphics card (That's if it's a desktop), to make it run better.
