Is my computer known as dead?
I had viruses then I cleaned the virus but then my computer was acting slow. Sooo i used system restore( you know the one with CDs) Yeah.. then it gave me BSoD ( Blue screen of Death) I keep crashing when I just open up the internet sometimes. Some one please tell me how to fix it!! and my internet turns off every 40 seconds or so!! Please help

You are going to have to redo the restore discs and select "Destructive" or "Full" restore.
This will delete all the old information off and then you have to install all the drivers on the drivers disc.
