Being positive helps you in how you deal with life's obstacles....positivity appears superficial if you act as if nothing is wrong, but you know there is. you may portray yourself to the world as if you're happy, but eyes, body language and what you say can give away how you truly feel. so its best to recognize that something is wrong, and express it (only to those you trust of course), but then finding a positive way to look at that situation is a good thing, its courageous
