You only need a pardon when your about to go to jail. He's already served his time. And a pardon only lessens the punishment it doesn't erase the crime. While you are "googling" why don't you check out the percentage of blacks who return to prison within 3 years. Just because he is trying to look like a swell guy in the public eye doesn't mean he ain't got something going on the side once again. He just might need that pardon yet.
