is the STEYR SSG 04 A1 rifle legal in australia?
was trying to find info on guns legal in australia and couldn't work out if i'll be able to get one of these. i'm an australian soldier but do not own any large property. the main purpose of the rifle would be hunting

I'm going to say that yes, most likely it is legal as it is a bolt-action. However that's not an expert opinion.
My question is, can you get these in Australia?
Also, my question to you is, what are you planning to hunt with it...Bunyip?
