Honestly, Egyptians are like the Buddhas of the Region. Sure we got big mouths but we never enter a war unless it's very necessary. Even Islamists haven't encouraged war vs Israel, yet, despite the fact that the Muslim-Brotherhood is now in Power; they all just see that the Camp-David peace treaty needs more modifications to suit Egypt's interests more.
That being said, we will, however, not allow the continual of the Palestinian crisis. And if the only way to stop it is through Defensive-War, then that makes war necessary enough, though as a last resort it will remain. Egypt has been the host for last Gazillion Peace Treatys/ Creasing-Fire Agreemnts, etc.. between Israel and Hamas or even between Hamas and Fatah. So, I think, Egypt is more Trustworthy to both Sides than anyone else.
I don't trust either, but Egypt is much more civilised and passive, so I would lean towards them. Iran is run by nutcases and wants the destruction of Israel. I don't think I could trust anyone less than I trust them.
Egypt is now run by the Muslim Brotherhood, a fanatical jihadist group, who hates Israel and the West. Iran is run by a mentally unstable president and religious fanatics who hate Israel and the West. Furthermore they've threatened to use nuclear weapons on both.
It's too difficult to choose. Either answer would be a bad choice. Which one do I distrust less? (That's how I'd word it.) Egypt, I suppose. That's just my personal opinion of course, only representing myself.
I'd trust Egypt atm, Iranians are shady...Arabs are still our brothers though we fight...Persians are just who the eff knows! At this point I'd go with Egypt...

Trust neither!

Egypt. They don't say they want Israel wiped off the map. They're also far weaker so they have less flexibility.
I trust neither. But I'd rather have direct war of an army vs. army than terrorist organizations funded by Iran vs. Civillains like now.
But, yeah, it's like asking if I'd put my life in the hands of a viper or a scorpion.
Egypt is run by the Muslim Brotherhood barbarians and Iran is run by twelver shia nutcases.
Why the hell would Israel trust either of them?
Neither.
But Egypt seems to be more civilized than Terrorist Iran.
@ag318pun: Lol, that made me laugh.
