This is only my personal opinion, but I think that if Israel conquered the entire Middle East they would be able to bring stability, education, and secularism to the entire region.
On the other hand, I believe that if the Arabs were successful in eliminating every single Jew, and making the entire middle east an Islam nation, there would still be plenty of problems, or they would find new things to fight about.
For me, the things that Israel values, I also value (education, prosperity, democracy, secularism) which is why I support them.
I truly feel that even if Israel had never come into existence, the Arab states would simply choose somthing else to fight over, like which sect of Islam you should belong to.
What are your thoughts?

If you put a gun to my head, I have to say Palestine.
Listen, I went to school and grew up in New Jersey and considered bright. Most of my peer group were Jewish and my friends. At 13 I went to more Bar Mitzvahs than birthday parties.I am not a hater.
I was working in a building at 2nd Avenue and 42nd Street, around the block from the Israeli Embassy and the UN. I saw at least one protest march a week. But the one that fascinated me most were the thousands of Anti-Zionist Orthodox Rabbis marching and petitioning the dissolution of Israel. That is ordained by Yahweh that the nation of Jews is damned to wander the earth.
If hard-core Jews think this I gotta go with them.
Funny sidebar. It started raining. All of these men were wearing traditional headgear. I don't know what they're called bit they are round and furry. I was up close and they looked like mink, or sable; expensive, and expensive to dry clean I would imagine. The was a ubiquitous (in New York) Duane Reade Pharmacy on the corner. They all rushed the place to get plastic bags to put on the hats. The domonstration continues with 4 or 5 thousand people wearing white plastic bags on their heads. This was in about 2006 or 2007. Cameraphones weren't everywhere at the time.
I woluld love to have the picture of 4000 plastic hooded people with their fists in the air.
I agree with you entirely and I support Israel as well. Under Israeli rule it would be a great place to live in. I just don't think Israel wants to conquer the Middle East, or could.
Israel
The real question is do I support Israel or Hamas and in that case I most definitely support Israel because Hamas is dedicated to Israel's destruction and is unwilling to ever give up it's cause and coming to its senses in order to make true peace.
Israel. Although I would like a two state solution with a new Palestinian government that isn't a terroist organization.

I support Israel and stand by them.
God tells us to pray for the peace of Jerusalem in Psalm 122:6-9: “Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: ‘May those who love you be secure. May there be peace within your walls and security within your citadels.’ For the sake of my brothers and friends, I will say, ‘Peace be within you.’ For the sake of the house of the LORD our God, I will seek your prosperity.” From this passage, we see that praying for peace and good to come to God’s holy city benefits those who pray. God promised blessings on those who bless Israel and curses on those who curse her (Genesis 12:3), and since Jerusalem is depicted as the center of Jewish life, it follows that those who pray for her peace and security will be granted peace themselves.
