itunes COPYING videos?
When i have a video/tvshow/movie in my downloads folder and i drag it to itunes, iunes say "Copying _______" does that mean itunes is creating a second file of the same video? can i delete the version in my downloads folder to save hard drive space?

It does on a Mac, and you can find the copy in the itunes folder in library. I'm not sure about a pc though, but it's probably the same (except for the copy location).
