The album isn't available yet so you won't be charged any money until the album is released. When the album is released your iTunes account will be charged and your album will download.

The album is not yet released if it is still a pre order ("pre" is for "pre-release"). Once the album is released, I believe it will automatically download to your computer. Hope I helped! It would be great if you'd answer mine question too! thanks.
