Your life (and body!) has been changing at a rapid rate, and at 34 weeks you're probably ready to have that baby out already! Feeling down is normal, but try to perk your spirits, and listen to your body! If you need rest, take a nap in the afternoon and/or go to bed earlier. And don't forget to reward your body for all its hard work - get a pedicure or facial, or go to the make up counter at your mall and get your make up done by a pro. And if you're upset, rent a sad movie and let yourself cry your eyes out! Tears release hormones and take them out of your body, and everyone needs a good cry every once in a while.
If you're having pre-menstrual symptoms that you haven't been experiencing so far in your pregnancy, call up your doc, they WANT to know what's going on, and if anything they can tell you you're alright!
