Although it is very unlikely that you will die with that dosage, you are probably going to have some symptoms of overdose. Symptoms of a Paracetamol overdose include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, sweating, seizures, confusion, and an irregular heartbeat. You might also cause damage to your liver and kidneys.
You really should call your doctor...not only because of the Paracetamol overdose, but also so he can refer you to a mental health specialist.
I am suspicious of anyone who asks such a stupid Q on a site where very young adults have access You do not need to know how many it takes to kill you, as another wise person has stated all you need to know if you are genuine is take as prescribed on the sheet of instructions inside or on the packet.it is possibly no more than 4 tablets 24 hrs and should not be continued after 2 days if symptoms persist see a GP Only an idiot would take more than the amount prescribed these are extremely dangerous tablets and great care is needed before taking them. The consequences of a large overdose means a great deal of pain and perhaps death. you probably have a simple cold not flu stay in bed take Paracetamol if you really feel it is necessary but no real need drink plenty of fruit juice or similar keep warm and get back to work in at most 5 days !!! people do not die from a cold /flu but they do die because they have not read the instructions for pills.
Call your local Anti-Poison Control line. They'll ask you your weight, height and how much you took and when you took it and they'll tell you if it is a dangerous amount for your body. And they'll tell you if you need to seek medical help or not.
I called once and they told me that I should be okay, but to not take anymore for the next three days, and I was fine. The other time, she was so concerned that she sent the ambulance over to my house. So It really depends on your body weight and how much you took
go & get medical advice - otherwise you may well do permanent liver damage & as it can happen over time you may well not recognise that it is happening until it becomes very painful.

You may well suffer liver damage, and require a transplant; NASTY!
Get to an ER, or casualty dept. of a public hospital ASAP.
None. You have taken the daily allowed amount. Not a good thing to do all at once but it won't hurt you.
there wont be any, unless you weigh like 50lbs. Ive taken 12 before and i was absolutely fine
