Japanese + Computer Science?
Does anyone know a few colleges that offer a program to study abroad in japan and it also offers courses to allow me to major in Computer Science-Programing?

Programming languages are universally in English. Why would you want to study Computer Science in a country that doesn't speak English as the main language?
The U.S. is currently #1 ranked in the world for college education. If you want your degree to mean something, you're better off aiming at a great school in the U.S. and just take Japanese language classes on the side.
