Japanesepod101.com is really good. The podcasts are free, but you have to pay for other stuff. The podcasts are really good though, they're fun and interesting, informative and descriptive.

They have these funny or dramatic dialogues and they make them into a series sometimes. Also, they have different levels you can choose: Newbie, Beginner, Lower-Intermediate, Intermediate, Upper Intermediate, and Advanced. Personally, I think the Upper Intermediate lessons are harder than the Advanced, but whatever.

Rosetta Stone is the best program out there, and free/widely available if you don't mind bittorring it:)
