Sorry for brining you into the world of reality, you do know a lot of things and must be very experienced too, but so are many other people, and they are already in these countries and employers prefer them on anyone else who is overseas. Yes these jobs are in demand, but still seldom some employer will be willing directly to sponsor someone from overseas when they dont even know if the person will be suitably fit in the work environment of these countries (every country has different work environments specially advanced countries compared to 2nd/3rd world countries. Dont mean to offend anyone, but this is the truth.
