So I'm 16 years old, and I've gone through different schools of spiritual beliefs, from Christianity at a young age, to turning to Atheism, then Agnosticism, then nothing really, to believing that God doesn't exist as an individual and instead is a spiritual essence that is existent throughout the universe, that exists within every living thing
but...My question is to everyone who believes in God. In any form or faith.
How does God exist and allow things like women in the middle east being stoned to death over nothing? How does God exist in this present day and age where morality and compassion are declining, and everyone is turning towards hedonism and not caring about anyone or anything? How does God exist with the government elites controlling and manipulating the public? How does God exist with murder? How does God exist with school shootings? How does God exist with domestic abuse? How does god exist with necrophilia?
I just want an explanation to this. Explain to me how God isn't dead.
Update:and to the person who posted the parent's getting you a new car analogy, no I wouldn't blame them for my mistreatment of the car,
but if an animal-handler at a zoo let out an aggressive chimp, let's say, and the chimp murdered someone, you wouldn't blame the chimp, you would blame the animal handler for his or her neglect of that animal

You're right! God isn't in the things that you mentioned in your question!! God is love! You've probs heard that before. It's much like how darkness doesn't actually exist its merely a term used to describe the absence of light! So is the same with sin. It's the absence of god, it is when we decide to go our own way!
It is when we believe that we know better than God an ignore what he's said in the bible and how he's asked us to live. Jesus' greatest command was to love one another! If we followed Jesus' teaching 100 percent of the time, the sin mentioned in the question wouldn't exist. :)
The best thing to do right now is to read the gospels learn more about Jesus and you will learn more about God's character. Whoever knows the son knows the father. He will reveal to you the answers that you seek! You just need to be ready to listen to what he says!!

first, imagine that there was nothing in the world, emphasize nothing and anything even a simple cell or primitive atom or even any dust.
there should be something that make and create that simple atom to progress little by little and cause the universe.
i believe that god is that something; means that power.
you know,it's simple.
that power made mankind with all his delicate physical and mental features.
He gave mankind two abilities: to be a moral person or not to be.
it's a choice,when we ourselves choose an immoral being ,then what should God do?
although He make His best to guide you,to help you but we don't accept.

I cannot justify the existence of any god, simply because there is none. There is no need for a omnipotent sky-dweller when people have the ability to do the right thing (whether or not they CHOOSE to is another matter). You really should consider being atheist... not because it will make you popular or because somebody else told you to, but because things are much easier to understand when you take the god variable out of the equation. It makes things much more simple and less contradictory.
i agree with the car. the world is a sort of complex that way. i cant explain it but even the things that look like he messed up are really good. have faith as i do adn he might show you why its not amistake and it is better. i knwo it is hard if u dont trust him but if u do he redeems himself. so too has he made love and if you examine all of the loves that exist ther is one that stands out in its passiveness adn that one is key to saying god isnt bad. knwo he made it and then realise he has it in abundance and it cant be from a guy who isnt as it is. this si a meditating thing. it took me a couple months to get it together. all things that are bad are for areason. he didnt disapoint me whn i was confused about that stuff but its kinda hard to repeat
Its clear that you haven't read even the first three chapters of the Bible where all this is explained
God made a perfect world. That was not good enough for Adam. He wanted the one thing God did not want him to have. So Adam took it anyway. Then God said, "Alright Adam, you got it - now live with it."
Then God and his Holy Spirit went back to heaven leaving Adam and his seed to wallow in their sin - and then get old, sick and die.
Thank ADAM for all that - not God.
But GOOD NEWS! God later sent his Son Jesus to reverse the curse of Adam. You can overcome only through HIM!

your in error. the lord created a perfect world. its mankind that has made it a toilet. blame man not GOD. if your parents gave you a nice car, would you blame them for your neglect of the car?
God is not responsible for the evil that humans do. If he intervenes, then he intervenes on our free will. He has *eternity* of paradise waiting for us when we die, what better way to compensate for any suffering he imposes
