Know any good daily tab exercises for finger mobility on the fretboard and for helping with the playing tabs and something else I practice daily to help remember were the notes on the fretboard and scales. Know any good sites.

An exercise to help you remember the notes is to locate all the F-notes for example and playing them consecutively, start out slow then start to speed up. Make sure you've got your rhythm and timing right (more important than tempo). Then try that with all the different notes. (I think I got that from justinguitar as well).

play each string individually using all four fingers on all four frets. Once you reach the highest note then move your hand up one fret and descend back through the position (6543) then move up one fret and ascend though the position (4567) and continue to move up one fret on each pass until you reach the 12th fret then reverse direction and move down one fret on each pass.
Use a metronome set to about 70bpm and play 4 notes for every one click play at this tempo cleanly and evenly. Once you have it down then move up one click per day. That might not seem like much but at the end of a week you will notice a big difference in your strength and dexterity. After one month you will be flying!!
