I think I may be Lactose Intolerance...
I don't drink milk, but I have cream in my coffee. Every morning when I get a coffee, about a half hour later my stomach cringes (almost like a nervous feeling) and I get really bad gas. I was looking up Lactose Intolerance and realized some other dairy products with Lactose that I eat, such as ice cream, causes me to feel this way as well, but only occationally, and not as bad as cream in my coffee.
I'm 20 years old. This also has just been recent that its been giving me this really bad gas odor, and i've been drinking coffee with cream for 6 years now.
Can anyone suggest if this is a possibily or think it may be something else causing this stomach pain and gas?

Coffee itself, without the cream, can cause digestive upsets. I would keep a food diary for a month or longer, w/ days, dates and times and what you ate and how much. Try to track what you eat, and correlate it to the stomach pains and gas if you can, realizing it could take days or hours at least until you see any kind of correlation or pattern at all. From what you say, it does indeed sound like you've got some lactose intolerance going on, and yes, it can develop later in life. I am also really, really allergic/sensitive to eggs, so see if that's true of you, too. An elimination diet, where you eliminate all the common allergens, such as corn, wheat, tomatoes, eggs, dairy, soy, beef, yeasts, can help many people discover what they're allergic to. Eliminate all these foods for a month, or at the very least, two weeks, and then slowly reintroduce them one by one. You will soon know which ones you're allergic to.
Food intolerances can develop at anytime during your life. There is a disease called Celiac, where you're allergic to gluten. While it can be hereditary you generally don't show symptoms until you're a teenager. But it's not always hereditary...and often times you become lactose intolerant because gluten destroys the lining of your intestines, where lactase is created, which helps you digest milk products. Anyway, if it hurts your stomach you probably shouldn't consume it.
Simple try to cut milk products for few days, and if problems are gone, that's it!
