Attention is widely perpetuated among the females but I have a theory about the males. When around friends (male and female), I noticed how the unattractive males try to flirt with the beautiful women around the group. But the attractive males usually don't but they still get the women to stare/gaze/talk to them (in other words, they get female attention quite easily).
I figured that the unattractive males try so hard to flirt and sometimes it works because women admire the attention. It makes the women feel good about themselves.
I want to know if there are women out there who experience this on a daily basis and are tired of it because you are NOT physically attracted to the unattractive males? Thoughts? Who would you be more attracted to?

I would be more attracted to someone who pursued me rather than someone who stood off in the corner and couldn't be bothered to look at me. I'm not very interested in looks. They're nice. Don't get me wrong. But they aren't at the top of my list of criteria for being into a guy.
Not on a daily basis, but I have a few guy friends that kind of flirt with me sometimes. I find it cute, and anyway, outer beauty is not always what attracts me. Heck, I was attracted to my last crush by the fact that he reads, and he's the same religion as me (okay, his hair too.... a little...).
The "unattractive" (by societal standards) guys are usually the ones that I go for anyway. The are MADE attractive by their inner beauty. The aren't cocky.
Most "attractive" guys tend to be jerks, so I stay away from them, especially if they ignore me as well. If they hit on me, it sort of disgusts me, and they usually don't anyway.
I'd be more interested in the social attractiveness. A guy who tries really hard to get my attention is adorable. I can't help but like the guy. Don't get me wrong, physically attractive guys are amazing, but if they don't feel the need to get my attention, it's not worth it.
I'd want a guy who was more physically attractive than socially attractive.
social. good lucks are just a bonus. :)
