laptop white screen problem?
hello, am using dell vostro 1014 laptop.is suddenly displayed white screen problem, but laptop background function is there like shut down and everything etc,so please kindly help me my problem in laptop.

shut down the computer, if the screen is still white, try connecting the computer to a monitor and check the video driver on the device manager.
chances are you may have to replace the screen
it actually sound like your video chip has overheated and separated from the board, reballing repair are available but not very reliable, not sure all this the problem but what is wrong with you people no real information
