I signed a lease for 10 months, but I will be evicted if I break any of the rules. I AM DESPERATE TO GET OUT!! so if I break the rules and get evicted, do I still have to pay the rest of the years rent???? I'm just trying to find a way to get out without having to pay the rest of the years rent (I signed a lease to stay there until June).

Yes, it will take quite some time to get you out and even then you will owe all the rent, fees, court and legal costs.
You do not want to get evicted, trust me. That eviction will show up on your credit report and will make it very difficult to rent apartments in the future or even buy a home. Ask the landlord if there is any sort of buy-out option in the lease. Sometimes they will accept a lump sum of money and release you from the contract. If they do this make sure you get something in writing. There has to be another way out of the lease rather than getting evicted. You would be responsible for rent and utilities until the apartment is re-rented. In addition the landlord will make you pay their court costs and attorney fees.
Yeah, break the rules and get evicted. That will solve everything.

If you breach the lease and get evicted, you can be held liable for the court costs, attorney fees, rent per the contract, etc.
It will cost as much as moving out and paying to break the lease.
You will then have an eviction judgment against you. Evictions are public court records - easily looked up by future landlords. Landlords do not rent to people who have been evicted, so you will have a hard time finding a decent rental in the future.
The landlord will get a judgment against you for all of the above mentioned costs and wreck your credit - another reason future landlords will deny you.
me is right. You do not want an eviction on your rental history.
