Learner's permit transfer?
I just moved to Flordia from Indiana and I need to transfer my learner's permit from Indiana to Flordia but I don't know what I have to do. Will someone please tell me how it works? Do I have to retake the test? Do I have to start everything over from the begining? Do I just trade it in? Please I need answers.

Update:I'm gonna be 17 in 3 days and I've had my permit for almost a year but I never took a driver's education program.

A learners permit is NOT transferable like a full drivers license. You'll have to start all over again in Florida.
Go to your "new" local driver's license office and you should be able to transfer your permit just fine as long as you have proof of some previous enrollment in a driver's education program and of course, your permit from Indiana.
