If there is a Liberal voting for Ron Paul, they are Liberal in name only, and it has nothing to do with evolution.
No real Liberal is for getting rid of Social Security, the Dept. of Education, Medicare, the IRS, Roe v. Wade, or The Emancipation Proclamation.
I think Ron Paul's base consists of disenfranchised Libertarians, and Republicans against the war in Iraq. Well, and apparently some white supremacists who like to donate money to him. The Libertarians have been wandering around looking for a real leader since they split apart in the early 1990's. The Republicans who oppose the war, are only Republicans for one or more of only two reasons--they are "Fiscally Conservative" &/or anti-tax. The latter they share with Libertarians.
What is it that makes people think that roads, schools, and defense budgets appear out of thin air--without taxes is mind boggling. Almost as strange is the fact that "Conservatives" believe in survival of the fittest (a key component of evolution), in almost every thing else, but their own origin. They think that it's OK for the fittest of companies to survive in our capitalist system; they think that people should be left to die without adequate healthcare; however, when it comes to natural selection playing any role in how they were "created"--that's hogwash.
Mark my words Ron Paul may have money... He may even have a bunch of brain washed groupies... But he'll win as many states as Lyndon LaRouche. Oh, and even loon bat Lyndon believes in evolution.
i'm a liberal and whilst I do help President Obama, I additionally help Ron Paul. Dr. Paul is the only between the Republican applicants nicely worth something. nonetheless I disagree with a number of his positions, he does have an astonishing foreign places coverage. maximum of all he's consistent. He says what he believes no count what the gang he's speaking to needs to hearken to. He exchange into additionally the only congressman with the braveness to help the wikkileaks. he's one in each of the very few GOP politicians i myself like and have self belief he's a robust and bother-free guy (no longer an mind-blowing style of politicians on the two end i will say that final area approximately). I desire the election might come right down to R. Paul vs Obama as a results of fact i does no longer then might desire to be in concern of Santorum, Gingrich or Mittens working the rustic.
Liberals hope ron paul gets enough gravity to break off the Republican party and stay in the race as an independent. If he does, he will get the Ralph Nader award for 2009.
His denial of evolution will NEVER be forced down anyone's throat. I assure you. That's the beauty of his stances. His government will truly be a minimized one.
As I've said before....he has some good ideas, and the bad ones can be controlled by a Democratic Majority.....Hey, no one is perfect...I can live with that.
Well, he probably has about 2 billion other people on the planet that agree with him......freedom of choice is still every ones choice in a FREE society.

A girl likes it when a man can make her laugh. lol
If Paul wasn't against the Iraq War,many libs would not vote for him. I also think they want to see Paul be the new Perot and cause division.
