Interesting business, but have you thought about the intense competitive pressure from all sides?

I had a friend who until recently owned a retail travel agency. His margins were already tight, but with the pressure from sites like Travelocity.com, Expedia.com, HotWire.com, etc. he was losing money like crazy.

If travel is your passion and you have a great business plan, then go for it. Otherwise, I'd caution you to do some serious diligence before spending money getting into the travel business!
